We propose to create a Landlord information sharing group. Rather than have that next bad tenant that we evict go to your building, let's try to protect each other a bit. Sure, you can pull credit Bureua reports, but do they give the whole story? The Credit Bureau doesn't track landlord tenant issues. We will have to do this ourselves.
